semester break...ohmuhgawd how i remember i used to look forward for the day you arrive.. and now i miss college !! this is soooooo borrrinnnnggg , after my penang trip ( and splurging on items i shouldnt have buy at all *slaps self*) im broke ! i bought a new wallet, that is pretty on the outside but ugly on the inside( theres no money duh) so yea im.stuck.at.home. and the only thing im doing now is exercise-watch movie-eat-sleep. super lifeless!! i dont even understand/know how i survive for 4 days . this is not life anymore wth i feel like some rotting bug.

So those who know me knows that im someone who LOVES WATCHING TV SERIES! its the best thing to do after a hectic day at college, just come home, switch on the laptop and watch every single tv series ive downloaded ranging from vampire diaries, glee, gossip girls , chuck..... and the depressing thing is.. there are no new episodes for those tv series ive been watching, the new episodes will surface around september or so, and by then ill be half dead already =___=

wanted to watch supernatural ( thanks desmond for sending all the seasons episodes to me) but i got freaked out after the 3rd episode, i must say its quite an accomplishment that me and my bro can actually survive to that episode cz its SO FREAKY omg , suddenly someone dies and get stuck at the ceiling/some weird vampire but not vampire cz super ugly one ( not like damon salvatore/stefen salvatore in vampire diaries) at the end i gave up bcz im not someone who can stand "horror" movie, although both the guys in supernatural super good looking omg i like the elder brother, whats his name again? 0_0

SO i went online to search for NEW tv series and guess what ive found " pretty little liars"
I KNOW dam lame rite the name! the 1st time i heard it i went like ' huh what is this isit like kindergarden show arh?" cz it sounded like some cartoon. I WAS WRONG. The tv series is about 4 hot girls , with super awesome taste in fashion. So one of their best friend (alison) got murdered during one of their sleepover, and the storyline begins from that, ppl getting blamed for killing her, phsycho stalker and all, i enjoyed the show because some of their quotes are really really funny! and the guys are good looking too 0_0 i dunno why bt i like watching tv series with good looking ppl in it

seriously you guys should watch the tv series :) its exciting! seriously chick flick though BT guys can enjoy looking at hot girls :D so its a win win situation yo!

HEHE im dying of boredom at home .

HELLO

wow its been so long since i last blogged , bt im having my semester break now and have the sudden urge to actually blog again .

mum's birthday was last last week (june 4) and we headed to the ship for her birthday dinner. didnt really like the food there though, the grilled veges tasted like rock, seriously 0_0 they gave this big "bush" of brocolli and i had trouble eating it! and the salmon cant even compete with the baked salmon my mum always cook for me

Outback is ALWAYS the best western restaurant to go to :) i miss their grilled salmon with baked vegetables!

so i just came bck from a 3 days 2 night trip with dad mum and bro , supposed to stay at a gurney drive hotel bt decided to stay at hotel holiday inn instead at the batu ferringhi beach. THANK GOODNESS 0_0 or else ill die or boredom at gurney .

at Holiday Inn, theres Loads of foods around the hotel! seafood mainly, and we get to go to the beach :D which is what me,daddy and bro lovee about most, swimming at the beach expecially! cz u'll feel so free and all the stress just go kaput from your brain :)
and the best! Jet skiing! omg go full speed and have your hair flying around everywhereee

the tofu is sooo yummmmmy!! i love tofu :) and the best tofu ive had so far is THE pumpkin tofu! u can have a try at Tangs Restaurant at the USJ 19 mall . everytime i eat there ill finish the whole plate by myself including the sauce!! shiet i feel like eating it now

and why holiday inn again and not gurney hotel? :) cz i get to shop at night! there are many stalls selling maxi dresses,sun dresses, wallets,etc etc accesories! theres when my mum starts to enjoy :) she loves shopping bt not so much of swimming/going to the beach/get dark activities.

bought this dress for rm 30 and the hat for rm 12 ! so much cheaper compared to buying frm pyramind etc.

going to this trip got my thinking, seriously at the future, if im rich ,ill work hard and get a house nearby the beach . so i could swim,swim..and swim at the ocean, jogging by the beach, enjoy the sea breeze when im feeling stressed out :) ideal life for me!


and OH YEAH let me introduce you to my fav jogging shoe now :) got it as a birthday present.
Reebok Runtone SHoe! SO HAPPPYY when i got it! used to wear just normal shoes to jog and uh i think i kinda hurt my leg a few times already so i need a better jogging shoe for support and to prevent from further injuries . and jogging with these shoes,hahaha i can go from jogging only 3 rounds around my housing area to 4 rounds because it just feels great putting them on !

will blog more soon :) hopefully during this holiday ill get to meet up with all my friends, expecially those from taylors dam i miss them sooo much my bunch of crazy gang.

JPA interview experience

Sorry for my uh dead blog :) but since few of my friends are asking me about JPA interview, how isit and everything i decided to write a post about it ! i remember last year i was so nervous and went to google to get to know how the interview is like and all .

so Im gonna jot down every single thing i remember as a guide for others who will be going for the interview


Before the interview, most of you guys will start searching about whats the current issues, reading newspaper ( really important) because most of them asked about general stuffs and all , and what i think that is VERY important is

get to know the course you are taking like what are you suppose to do, what personalities and values you need to have that can show them that you are eligible for the scholarship and all

my interview is @ putrajaya. I woke up at 5 am to get ready

* remember to get everything certified the week before by your school principle, dont have the habit of being last minute, because you might panic and WILL affect your calmness
*Prepare everything and arrange the certs and all according to the list
* DONT forget to bring anything they listed .

OKaAY so i left house around 6.15 am and reached there at 7.15! Daddy accompanied me the whollleee day. can feel the support all the way from outside when i entered the " Parents dilarang -zone"
Reached there, checked my name at the board, signed, and sit down to wait for their instructions. Saw a few friends over there :D seriously having friends over there really calm you down. Try talking to them, dont stay nervous ALL THE WAY.

Around 8am we were asked to go to our panel. Mine was Panel 7. Once i reached there ,I went to register . Sit down. and interact with others from your panel :D expecially those who are going in the room with you! you dont want to treat each other as rivals or wad and glare at each other and sending out the " killing aura" thingy. No. Getting to know them allows you to be more relaxed.

well i waited awhile because mine was the 4th group to go in :) so I asked the previous ppl what happened and all.To get myself ready .Many ppl say there are repeated questions so yea if you're lucky !

Around 11 something, its my turn to enter the interview room. I got my fav number 5 :)!

if you are the first one who enter,knock the door, peep in and ask for permission to enter.
WALK IN CONFIDENTLY. But not over confident that makes them think you are arrogant or what.
stand by the chairs, if they ask you to sit, sit. if not, ask permission. Just mind your manners =) My interviewer is a man and a women whom is also a doctor. Your interviewers are very experienced so try not to give any false/ self invented facts, it wont work. If you dunno just reply in a polite way " Im sorry but I dunno the answer for that question" when one is asking a question, the other will look at you. What i think is he'll try to see wheter you're confident about your facts.
What my interviewer said is what they are finding for is someone who can elaborate on their points well. What i did was i presented my idea, and looked into their eyes and stood my stand. ( tips from a senior :) ) Talk confidently and clearly, dont spill out everything ASAP because no one can understand what you are talking.

SELF INTRO ( in BM) or english .i seriously think you guys should prepare for this

the questions ::

1. Malaysia have not enough doctors. The Government need to import doctors from other countries . They send them to rural areas but malaysian doctors are kept in the city. do you think this is fair?
All of us answer No. because we are malaysian and we understand our people more than the foreign doctors.
But the interviewer told us she was hoping we will answer Yes it is fair because Help is bettter than No Help. Basically because we have not enough manpower, and we need to look at the government's point of view.

2. What is your vission and mission?
3 .I give you one minute , tell me the value that you have that can convince me that you are eligible for this scholarship
4. Tell me what you know about the role of a doctor

i finnaly got the answer from interviewer
she told us

firstly as a doctor your role is numer one-Prevention, Second is Cure and Third, is rehabilation :) most of us answer regarding the Cure part only, seriously she enlighted me about this! i was finding everywhere about this and now. I know

5. Relate Urban Poor with Health

Hmm i gues thats all ? Okay Ill compile what my other friends say into here :) hope this helps

a) Explain about your field of choice.
b) Discuss from your perspectives, the ethics that an engineer should have to ...ensure that the society continues to respect the engineering profession.
3. Group discussion

- Discuss what you understand by the term 'green technology' and why it has attracted much concern and interest.

There are rumours that the scholarship recipients have already been pre-selected, that this interview has little or no significance whatsoever. It is up to you to believe it or not.

As for tips, the whole point of this interview is to project yourself as an outstanding individual. If you don't make an impact on the interviewers, they'll forget about you and that's it. Each person has
his or her own speaking style, so work on your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. Personally, i went for charm and persuasion. (without my hair, this was MUCH less effective though) Another member of my
group went for self appraisal where he drew the attention to hisaccomplishments such as hiking gunung tahan, managing rm12k worth of funds etc. Don't be shy, speak up and articulate yourself as best as

* the interviewer are quite nice , and the best know your facts, try not to crap something untrue... my interviewers are like lecturer of pathology in a faculty of science in 1 local uni, another some high ranking ppl in medic line.. all in all do your best, be yourself!:D Good luck!!!;)

first thing first u shud always make frens wit whoever u r goin it. den u wun feel so uncomfortable...u will be divided into panels. and then from ur panels u will be divided into groups.well in tpg,they let us choose our own group as long it is in a group of five..so b4 i entered i knew the other four ad...we will talking lk frens.and that helps.
ok wen u enter...do say ur ucapan lk selamat petang or wutever la.
ok u sit down.
first thing they will asked u to do is intro urself.mine started wit introducing urself in bm...
u tell them ur name, age, hobby,siblings, wut ur sublings doing, ur parents,wut they working as...etc etc etc

den they will ask u questions..the questions they asked me was
1) is ur sis under jpa?
2) why do u wan to study overseas?
3)if u n ur sis are overseas,wun ur parents feel lonely?
4)are u aware of that the overseas certs mite nt be recognize everywhr?
5)if the overseas party offer u a better job ( higher post,money,etc etc) will u still come back to malaysia?
6) do u wan to become dr based on ur heart or ur parents desire?
7) how wud u prepare urself if u are given the chance to study overseas?

Well guyz, its seriously quite easy for me..maybe coz of qtion they asked me. Here are de details(for Putrajaya)
1.Introduce urself (language doesn't matter)
2.Grp task(Topic:If u were given de chance to run a hospital, wat is de change u would like 2 c n y?-10 minutes discuss,5 min present)
3.Talk bout ur idole(It can be... ur parents, pop star or even ur pet.Hehe)
4. Again de same question...Y u choose to become doc?

After the questions part, Thank the interviewers ! and if you are the last one leaving, please cloase the door :) .
And also , when giving your idea, try to give your name first like . Im ____ * includes idea* . After that get back your folder , go home, and finnaly you heart beart returns to normal speed . And now . Pray for the best!

i remember freaking out when i 1st saw vampire diaries episode 1 .

It all started with a scene where theres this couple that got attacked by a vampire..you know the part where everyone screams and boom a corpse pop out of the screem ,drained out of blood + a freaky vampire bite at the neck. SO i got scared.. i was watching that at night ! obviously everyone will be terrified rite!?
at the end I decided to NOT watch that show.

few weeks later... I got tempted to watch that show again.. so this time i watched it during the afternoon. because i was dead bored re-watching gossip girl, glee , one tree hill and OC already.
From than on, im totally hooked to this show 0_0
Vampire Diaries is now my favorite TV series!!!
followed by Modern Family that'll totally take your mind off things because its jst SO FUNNAY.
WOW vampire diaries is not as scary as it looks! okay there are some pretty weird parts so i'll just run to my bro and hug him ..or sometimes if we are watching the show together we'll just hug each other/ shout and run to the other room HEHE pretty cool siblings arent we =_=

OKAY this is stefen :D ! my favorite character in the show! many ppl prefer damon ( the other hot brother) bt yea ..i dunno why i prefer good boys i guess 0_0 and he got a more exquisite feature and better looking compared to damon ...again thats what i think :) damon is hot too! and no doubt the main actress nina dobrev, is soo pretttyy!!! i prefer her as katherine actually than elena.. elena is pretty annoying at some time i dunno why 0_0


damon. elena . and stefen . the best looking cast compared to any other tv series/movies/ shows ive ever seen!the only con about watching this show is.. imagine! only getting to watch new episodes every fridaY! and WAH they super nice wan lor at the end of every episode they'll add this scene where you're eye's pupils will dilate and adrenalin flows though every single part of your body and suddenly the whole screen turns black then you'll be shouting " CRAP WHY END ALRDY WAN" ( at least thats what happened to me ) AND you'll need to be STRONG and wait for the nex friday for the new episode to appear and you'll go " YESH" again . i call it. the circle of tv series-making-you-go-nuts.

i know rite 0_0 suddenly im talking about vampire diaries and VIOLA suddenly a pic full of hello kitty appears and you just go like " huh apani" so yea it is because my blackberry laptop and uh mouse is all in hello kitty design now :) hello kitty ftw.! (can hear my dad going " eh how old are you now" )

its so FUN and uh FUN filling the huge cup with yogurts+ fruits+++ . ..until the weighing machine part where you've been told buy the cashier lady how much it cost and your face becomes like this 0_0
well i think the price is pretty reasonable though ! i think.bt ill try to fill my yogurt with more " expensive" toppings like hmm strawberrys :)

OH YEAH so now im very addicted to yogurt :) need to have like one tube of yogurt everyday :DD and i decided to "mix" ingredients into my yogurt.
now i just tried adding grapes and kiwi and i love it :DDD gonna try diff stuffs next time!! sometimes i wish im living overseas, they have MANY varieties of yogurts!
