one of my fav actress (and my "motivator" for exercising/workout) is ashley tisdale!! Shes in one of the movies Hellcats now with the girl from disney channel too (aly..??) forgotten her name bt yea main reason i watch that show is because of Ashley tisdale :) be amazed by how optimistic/innocent she is in Hellcats compared to the posh/annoying/if she speaks another time im going to slap her girl in high school musical :)
I like celebrities that are healthy/fit looking and shes one of my favorite :)


She is blessed with naturally long/lean legs (so annoying rite?! *starts hiding legs underneath piles of pilllows).
so for those interested, what exercise does she do to make herself fit ?
- piloxing (pilates+kickboxing-going to try this soon, if the gym in msia has it) with vanessa hudgens
- Pilates
- Running stairs
- hiking
since im very interested in ways people stay healthy and keep their body fit, im planning to turn my blog into one that post about fitness/diets too and hope it might help some people to achieve the dream body they want
theres no use complaining "WA MY STOMACH SUPER BIG LOR FEEL LIKE CHOPPING IT OFF WITH AN AXE" or "shiet man gain weight liao how how how *starts binging on chocolate cz feel super emo*
someone once told me "theres no ugly girl, but only lazy ones" so if you want to achieve a target body, you have to work for it :)
and here im going to post about another celebrity/PRINCESS that is super fit too! kate middleton :) i super love her, i find her very very very prettty and sweet!
shes super feminine and all rite? but boy does this lady work out/play sports to achieve this to-die-for body.
she plays DIFFERENT kinds of sports and practise a healthy lifestyle, thats why she stays so slim :) and + her awesome wedding dress= every girls dream!

and also leighton meeser from gossip girls!

she does cardio with the help of her trainer, some jumping moves ill post it up soon!
she swears by a great cardio workout to lose those extra pounds :)
but seriously to be fit, we must incorporate both cardio+stregth workout !
i know girls are worried about becoming bulky (like the weird hulk dude, green dude 0_0) dont worry! our body are not like guys (testosterone in high %) SO dont be worry to lift dumbbell/kettlebell etc kay?
some websites that i find reallllllly informative about workouts and diets are shape,self,womenhealth :) (can get their link from the sidebar)
bt to save your time, ill post some workout in my blog that i find suitable/nice to do/wont kill you wan from those website. what do you guys think about this??

yesterday i went out with fellow Pm2s @ SS15 :) met up with my ex-biology a levels teacher ms ho and she gave us the LOVE BOOK. i rmbered she used to ask us to pick a number and she'll read out the contents , seriously a very inspring book!
if you dont love yourself, how could you love others? and with no love, this world is nothing.


had a great time shopping at mid valley too! bought another shoe from charles and keith 0_0 kill me.
